Successful Factory Acceptance Test for Pharma Flow Plant

Together with our multinational pharmaceutical client, we successfully finalized the Factory Acceptance Test for one of the most substantial Flow Reactor Skids for API production in the world! It’s a truly impressive sight to see this modular design being configured.

This skid is engineered to operate within a broad range of temperatures and pressures. All product contact lines are made from Hastelloy, and the entire skid is ATEX Zone 1 explosion-proof. In this way, the production skid can be used for many different types of chemistries in a multipurpose manner.

It paves the way for our client to swiftly initiate the manufacturing of a vast array of products utilizing flow reactors.
