For one of the world’s leading chemical companies, Flowid has designed and built a fully metal-free continuous pilot plant. This setup features:

• A custom ultrasonic reactor
• A high shear mixer
• An inline particle analyzer

The skid is supported by pump modules and controlled by a mobile HMI unit with custom designed software for optimal process control. With precision and dedication, we are bringing continuous flow technology to life!
