From machining to assembly

Our assembly hall at Flowid is bustling with activity. Manufacturing the SpinPro R4 skid is a feat of precision and planning. With 31 pallets of machined components arriving at our facility in Zaltbommel, we are gearing up for full assembly.

Each skid with two SpinPro R4’s is carefully crafted and integrated into a robust frame which ensures durability and compliance with industry standards. Scaling up the SpinPro volume from R3 to R4 also has a significant impact on the physical size and weight of the flow reactor.
