ContiUnity® SpinPro Flow Reactor Module in the Spotlight

We are excited to announce that our SpinPro Dynamic Flow Reactor is now part of Zeton’s ContiUnity® ecosystem.

Why does this matter? Because the most complex and hazardous reactions (fast, exothermic, multiphase) are often limited by mixing and heat removal, not by the chemistry itself.

In the SpinPro, a rapidly rotating disc in a very narrow housing creates very high shear forces and intense turbulence. For manufacturers, that means:

• Safer: A closed system with a low reactor volume and efficient heat removal for exothermic reactions.
• Faster: Mixing-limited processes converted in seconds instead of hours.
• More cost-efficient: A small-footprint reactor and one technology from lab to production, with independent control of mixing intensity and production capacity.
