Operations Engineer

As an Operations Engineer, you will play a key role in both daily operations and the technical execution of projects. You are the link between the engineering team and the activities on the shop floor, ensuring structured and efficient execution of machine construction, maintenance, and installation.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute and supervise manufacturing and assembly projects (mechanical, electrical, and automation).
• Guide external technicians during project-based activities.
• Perform, document, and approve final acceptance tests for customer release.
• Install and commission machines at customer sites worldwide (international travel required).
• Carry out maintenance work on machines both in-house and on-site.
• Maintain direct communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Manage the layout of the workshop, inventory, and tools.
• Order necessary materials and ensure workplace safety.
• Manage and maintain operational assets (such as vehicles).
• Responsible for logistics processes: receiving, inspecting, logging, and shipping goods.
