Dosing Systems

The heart of every continuous process is formed by its pumps, or dosing systems how we like to call them. The accuracy and stability of the flows is key for the overall process performance. The medium that requires dosing can be a liquid or a gas. Characteristics like minimal and maximal throughput, temperatures, viscosity and corrosiveness all add up to the already difficult equation. Having built dozens of dosing systems Flowid knows how to deliver a optimal solution that is easy to use. We like to take out of of the process engineering complexity when delivering. All we need is a setpoint and we will dose accordingly. Additional ATEX requirements or tracing can be managed.
